Galvanize Pipe
Galvanized pipes of Dorpad Industrial Group are steel pipes coated with a layer of zinc, providing high resistance against corrosion and rust. These pipes are widely used in industrial, construction, and utility applications. They are produced in various diameters and standard thicknesses, ensuring durability and long service life. These products are available in two types: hot-dip galvanized and cold galvanized. The hot-dip type offers higher durability and is suitable for harsh environmental conditions, while the cold galvanized type has a smoother and more polished surface, making it suitable for light structures, furniture, and automotive applications. Dorpad galvanized pipes are produced in sizes ranging from 1/2 inch to 4 inches, in three categories: light, medium, and heavy. They are manufactured using the hot-dip galvanizing process in accordance with Iranian National Standard No. 3765. To ensure quality, all pipes are subjected to hydrostatic testing with a minimum pressure of 50 bar.
Contain the necessary chemical solutions for cleaning and surface preparation of the pipes.
The pipe is heated to approximately 120°C before entering the molten zinc bath.
Pipe entry and exit into the molten bath are handled by this equipment, which includes wrenches, charging arm, star wheel, kicker, chassis, and hook.
This system removes the pipe from the molten bath and transfers it to the steam blowing mechanism. An air nozzle is also installed along the path to control coating thickness.
This section is responsible for adjusting the internal coating thickness of the pipe using steam blowing.
Transfers the pipe into the water tank after the steam blowing process.
The pipe size and thickness are printed on the surface using a marking machine.
This machine operates fully automatically and is capable of threading pipes from 3/8 inch to 4 inches.
