Quality Management
The quality management of Dorpad Company, comprising the quality control department, laboratory, and quality assurance department, aims to create customer satisfaction and, within the framework of the organization's policy, strives for continuous quality improvement. The establishment of the quality management system has ensured that all manufactured products of the company, including steel pipes and profiles, galvanized pipes and sheets, and rebar, possess the highest level of quality.
The quality control and assurance unit of Dorpad Company, utilizing educated personnel, providing the necessary equipment, and assisted by established procedures, subjects all raw materials and manufactured products to regular and continuous inspections so that the final product maintains a high level of quality.
The inspections carried out include the following:
A- Raw Material Inspection:
Includes visual condition control, dimensions, labels and manufacturer certificates, and analysis of steel sheets and billets.
B- In-Process Inspection:
1- Visual Inspection
2- Dimensional Control
3- Hydrostatic Test
4- Drift Expanding Test
5- Flattening Test
6- Bending & Rebending Test
7- Inspection of galvanized coating by destructive and non-destructive methods
8- Weight Control
C- Laboratory Tests:
1- Determination of mechanical properties of rebar and steel sheet using a universal testing machine
2- Control of acid, flux, and degreasing tanks in pipe and sheet galvanizing lines
3- Daily monitoring of cutting fluid in pipe and profile lines
D- Final product inspection before leaving the factory for delivery to the customer
